Our Values

Our Values

At IntelliCo Solutions, we put the customer first. More than being just a slogan we put on our walls, we incorporate the customer in everything we do, from our sales process (more than 80% of our new business comes through customer referrals), our consultant appraisal process (where either the customer is happy, or you have a problem - period), to our strategic alignment process (we interview our customers to decide which services to gear up to in the next year or two).

Straight after the customer comes our team. We firmly believe, that all and any value in a consulting company comes from its team. It is our only asset. IntelliCo Solutions is not just a place to work or build a career in - it is a solid foundation to build your life's path on. We take extreme caution in recruiting people, subjecting them to a barrage of tests, getting detailed references, performing multiple interviews and work mock-ups. Once we have taken someone in, we take a very long-term commitment towards them, we invest in them, we build them up, we try to find them work that engages their imagination.

Our third key value is knowledge and specialization. We focus on being experts in a very well defined domain (IT project success assurance), where services are much in demand, and in being the best of the best in it. We are not know-it-alls, we rarely do projects outside of our area. That's why we have a lot to show in IT project success assurance, and if that's the area our customers need help in, we are the best company to help them out.

Our fourth key value is honesty and integrity. We are always to be trusted in our conclusions, we always check the facts thoroughly, we tell things as they are, not as the customer wants to hear them. We believe that having been dishonest is the only flaw from which you can't recover, and once you start down that path, there is no turning back. That's why we never go there, not even for a short walk.

The last, but not least of our key values is prudence. We are not the fastest growing company, we don't take huge risks. We know when to grow, know when to hold, and are well prepared for what comes along. For us, enduring through good and bad times is more important than spectacular shareholder returns in a year. That's why we have been steadily growing through the growth times, and are doing OK now during the recession, while investing to position ourselves for the growth that is sure to come again.
