Consultant – Junior/ Senior Project Manager
Who are we are looking for?
yourself, a team player, with ‘let us get the job done’ attitude. You have avid attention to details
and miss very little. You investigate issues in depth. You are extremely quality-minded, only
satisfied with the best. You are an excellent communicator, able to connect to audiences of
varying seniority. You are flexible in your work hours, and able to accommodate extensive
international travel. You are perfectly fluent in English.
In your past jobs, you have grown and improved, while being loyal to your employers. You have
successfully held a middle management or consulting position in a multinational company for 2+
years, delivering major, preferably IT projects. You have worked as financial or business analyst,
and are great at financial analysis, advanced Excel modelling and data management. You
understand the nuts-and-bolts of IT, and what makes IT projects successful. Ideally, you are
PRINCE2 or PMP certified. You can map business processes and derive IT requirements.
What do we offer?
You will work on programme and project management assignments in a team of IntelliCo
Solutions consultants and our customers’ staff. Work will vary by assignment, but will consist of
either being yourself the project manager, or supporting the customer project manager to
achieve world class project management standards. You will be interacting with very senior level
staff in our customers’ organizations, and must carry yourself appropriately at all times. You will
be given objectives, and are expected to self-manage your work and time within these
objectives. Your work will be peer-reviewed, giving you the opportunity to learn from others and
improve.
You will often travel to customer site, typically in Central and Western Europe. When off-site, you
will be stationed in our Sofia office. Under some conditions, we are allowing home office work
during your off-site days.

Consultant - IT Project Manager
Who are we are looking for?
You have an Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
However, as we are looking for a hybrid between business knowledge and IT expertise, an MBA
degree with significant IT expertise would also be considered an alternative.
Also you are energetic, skilled, proactive, driven to develop yourself, a team player, with ‘let us
get the job done’ attitude. You have avid attention to details and miss very little. You investigate
issues in depth. You are extremely quality-minded, only satisfied with the best. You are an
excellent communicator, able to connect to audiences of varying seniority. You are flexible in
your work hours, and able to accommodate extensive international travel. You are perfectly
fluent in English.
In your past jobs, you have grown and improved, while being loyal to your employers. You have
successfully held a technical analyst or project management / consulting position in a
multinational company for at least 2 years, delivering IT projects. You understand the nuts-andbolts
of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies), and what makes ICT projects
successful, including various server technologies and operating systems, networking technologies
(LAN,WAN, MAN, VPN, routing & switching), software application architectures and development
methodologies, relational database modelling. You have programming skills with MS Office Excel
and Access. Ideally, you are PRINCE2 or PMP certified. You can map processes and derive IT
requirements.
